This platform collects information voluntarily provided by community members in order to operate and improve the community and create relevant connections between its members.

Information we collect

We may collect information including:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Business and professional information
• Website and LinkedIn profile
• Workspace/location information
• Typical attendance days and times
• Business needs, interests and requests
• Skills, experience, services, resources and connections the member may offer
• Other information voluntarily entered into the questionnaire or platform
• Technical information required for authentication, security and operation of the service

How we use the information

The information may be used to:

• Create and maintain the member's profile
• Operate and improve the community platform
• Understand members and their business needs
• Identify potentially useful connections between members
• Recommend introductions, collaborations, services, resources and opportunities
• Facilitate communication and introductions between members
• Administer, secure and improve the platform

Information provided for these purposes will not be intentionally used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis or additional consent where required.

Sharing of information

Information may be processed by the platform operators and authorized service providers required to operate the service.

Relevant profile information may also be shared with other community members where necessary to create or facilitate connections, introductions and collaboration.

Information will not be sold as personal data to unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards must be used to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

Access to administrative functionality and stored member information must be restricted to authorized users.

Data retention

Personal information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation of the community, fulfillment of the purposes described above, applicable legal requirements, and legitimate record keeping.

Your choices and rights

Members may request information regarding their stored personal information and, where applicable, request correction, deletion or removal from the platform.

A member may also withdraw their participation in the platform.

Requests should be sent to office@pti.ai.

Following a valid removal request, the member's account and personal information should be removed or anonymized where reasonably possible, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate record-keeping requirements.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before the request.
