By joining and using the community platform, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice.

Purpose

The platform is intended to help members of the community discover people, business connections, knowledge, resources, services and collaboration opportunities.

Member information

Members are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and for avoiding information they do not have the right to provide.

Members should not submit confidential information, sensitive personal information, or information about third parties unless they are authorized to do so.

Recommendations and introductions

Connections, recommendations and introductions generated or facilitated by the platform are suggestions only.

Members remain responsible for deciding whether to communicate, collaborate, transact or enter into any agreement with another member.

The platform does not guarantee the suitability, reliability, commercial value or outcome of any introduction or collaboration.

Community use

Members must use the platform respectfully and lawfully and must not misuse information about other members, attempt unauthorized access, scrape member information, impersonate another person, or use the platform to harm other members.

Participation

Participation is voluntary.

A member may request removal from the platform by contacting office@pti.ai.

Changes

The platform and these terms may evolve over time. Material changes to the Terms or Privacy Notice should be clearly communicated where required, and new consent should be obtained where a change materially affects processing that relies on consent.
